It is quite common for married couples to wish to renew their wedding vows on significant anniversaries of their wedding. If you wish to have such a service in church, it is usually known as a Thanksgiving for Marriage. You may have such a service even if you were not originally married in church.

Sometimes a renewal of marriage vows is used when couples have married abroad but still want a significant church service for family and friends at home. You should discuss with the Vicar the form such a service will take.

There is no prescribed statutory fee for such a service, but there will be locally fixed costs, set by the relevant Parochial Church Council, for example for items like the organist, provision of flowers, the services of a Verger. You can check what fees would be involved with the appropriate Churchwarden.
